Admin Panel
What the panel calls you, at the foot of the menu. The operator login is shared, so this is a label rather than an account - it changes what is shown and nothing else.
Where the six-digit sign-in code is sent. Whoever can read this mailbox can sign in, so it should be an address only you control.
Changing it here overrides the one set on the server, and takes effect at once. The current one is asked for as well: being signed in proves somebody got in up to two hours ago, not that they are still the one at the keyboard.
Whoever sold a licence is told when it is about to run out - thirty days before, seven, and the day before. This happens on its own once a day; the button is only for checking it works. Nothing is ever sent twice, however often it is run.
A subuser's licence request does nothing until you approve it, so this tells you one has arrived. It goes out through Connect, using one customer's API key - the same key their own software would use. With no key set it falls back to email, which is already sending your sign-in codes.
The app must implement the platform admin contract. Its token is encrypted before it is stored.
